Stephanie came out to give a comprehensive bid for the job, breaking out different parts of the project so we could choose according to our budget, which I greatly appreciated. Allen did an excellent job with the tile work! He was very precise, which is a wonderful attribute in a tile-guy. We used the hexagon floors and subway tile for the shower. In addition to the tile work, he laid the heated floor (with thermostat), installed a light in the shower (an electrician hooked it up), niche, replaced our old shower pan and put in new insulation and cement board for a comfortable waterproof shower. The final product looks perfect! Allen is a great guy who was a pleasure to have around the house while he worked. I am grateful for his diligence in making the final product look beautiful on a budget!

Jeremy did the complete job in one day. Fast setting thin set and grouting.

Work done was good but not the best.  Based on price I feel the job was good.  There were a few minor imperfections I would have changed, but again, the price was fair so I feel I got a good deal.  I would use them again, just might be there to better monitor work to ensure the little attention to detail areas.

Steph did a wonderful job on an unlevel basement floor. We are planning to use her to finish our kitchen bar area as soon as it is ready for tile. I highly recommend her work and professionalism!!! I look forward to updating this when we are finished with the kitchen...

Stephanie from Tile by Stephanie LLC was very professional, very responsive when I tried to get a hold of her, the estimates were right in line with competitors, and she was very honest which I appreciated. She gave it to me straightforward regarding what it would take and how much it would cost. Tile by Stephanie LLC is a good, high quality tiler. I appreciate her staff who showed up on time and were very pleasant. They both were there when they said they would be there. I'm planning on using her to tear up the kitchen when she has time in her schedule to have that completely redone.

Stephanie was professional and helpful from start to finish! When I first called for an estimate, she came promptly and arrived on time. Her estimate was sent quickly and covered all necessary information. Because she is in such high demand, we scheduled a good month out, but as we got closer to the scheduled date for installation, she called me and moved it up a week. She originally estimated a two-day job but got it done in one! My biggest concern was that the tile would be laid imperfectly- have little areas where it wasn't level or crooked/not perfectly lined up. Stephanie did as perfect a job as I could have hoped! We are thoroughly pleased and have all ready recommended her to several others. I would use Tile by Stephanie again in a heartbeat!
