Overall we are delighted with Hobson. They did all they said and more. They cleaned up everynight and were great to work with.They promised to come back in the spring to check on their work and the plants as they guaranteed them for 1 full year. Neighbors all mentioned how stunning it is and they said it makes theirs look a bit dated in comparison.
We also had them give us a rough estimate on some patio work for the future. When we decide to have it done Hobson will be first on our list to call...
Update!
Called Hobson at least a dozen times. Had some dead plants this spring and was requesting replacements. No returned calls. Went to Heritage Nursery in Elkhorn, NE where we originally purchased all the plants. They said they do not warranty plants as that is the installers warranty obligation. When asked if they had seen Brian Hobson, they said have not been able to get ahold of him for work they wanted done for another customer as well. Overall this really blew it for us as we have to replace the plants ourselves. Just a little follow up and a one stop for them have gone a long ways and kept the A+ we gave originally.
