They removed the doors that were there and replaced them with new ones including the frames and door knobs.

This is a Father/Son plus helper business. Paul (father) measured the windows and provided a written contract agreement. I wanted to save some money by staining the windows and trim myself. Paul purchased the windows and delivered them to my house. On the day of the window install. they were on time ready to go. They were very fussy on the install, everything square and plum. They did a complete cleanup of the rooms and garage area. Very much satisfied with there work.

When they replaced my kitchen windows, I was very happy. They completely removed the set of windows and put in a new casement unit with two sides to it. It was very nice and I later hired them to come back for my other windows. I didn't think I needed to take the day off work to supervise them as they had also put in two storm doors for me through Lowe's earlier (price listed does not reflect this) and they seemed very competent. I was dumbstruck to come home and find that they had "retrofitted" windows inside my old frames. This resulted in smaller windows overall and I feel this was a classic bait and switch. The owner, Paul, said the reason he did that on the casement he replaced (exactly like the kitchen) was because there was a stud he could not ignore down the middle. Later I had other windows replaced and told two other company reps that story and they did not agree. They said there were headers on windows anyway and no way that was true. The owner said he did not price it for complete replacement and that he would work with me. He did replace the casments but still insisted on leaving in the mall in the middle because of the stud. Again, I was told this need not have been treated that way. The result is two windows in the front of my house do not match and now I'm having a problem trying to finish off the south side of my house where they retrofitted the awning windows because new ones will not match the architectural look if I don't replace them as they did. I've been contracting work out for years and this was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting when you replace and I suggest you take the time to oversee the project.

They brought their tools, ladders and they started the installation of the two largest windows first. They used great caution. The two large windows were time consuming and it took them all day due to the location of them. They were able to get the other windows installed the next day. The windows turned out great.

I recently had my home sided by them so I decided to have the roof done by them as well. They did a great job on my roof. My house looks great and they did a nice job keeping things clean up as they went.

They made sure of the size of the window needed before bringing it out. They had plenty of help with them and they made sure the window was sealed tight. They were on time and they were all very polite. They picked everything up when they were done.
