He came with in the hour to check on the problem. Told me the issue, and said he had one on hand. I told him I need to talk to the husband before I could just buy a new appliance. He said that is fine. I paid him for his time, I called him back after checking things on my end and he brought us a washers and took out the old one and put in the new one, he would have carted off the old one but we kept it for other parts if our kids might need them.

It could not be repaired, so that is what he let me know. No charge for letting me know this.
I have had him fix things before and he has always done a super job and as quick as possible.
