+ -1 moreHe hid shoddy work with junction boxes, He did not ground outlets as requested. He failed to run new wire.
Description of Work: He was supposed to rewire the entire house, install baseboard heaters, and new electric panel. He replaced outlets, installed heaters, and installed panel, but did not replace the wiring he was supposed to.
