Uleman Irrigation

Company installed system in a hurry on a Saturday to try to beat the bad weather coming in.  They were unsuccessful and ended up tearing up the yard and finishing in a hurry.  Supervisor said they would come bad to clean up later did not return, however they did say the installation was complete.  2 weeks later the lawn was dying and I called the company for assistance.  The technician came out to check the equipment.  After inspection he realized that the power cable was never installed. 
Although this experience did not go perfectly well we decided to give Ulleman another opportunity because of their stellar reputation on a second home purchase.  Although we were a repeat customer they informed us it would be at least 6 weeks before they could come out and another 6 weeks before they could install the system.  Since the summer would have been over by then we looked for another company.  Recently we had an alarm go off on our system.  I called the satellite company that controls the water distribution and they determined that the signal to the sprinkler box was too weak and we needed a new antenna.  Once I received the antenna I checked the installation instructions to determine where the existing antenna was so I could replace it.  There was no antenna in place.  An antenna had never been installed on the system and we have been paying for the service for 2 years.   I have tried several times in the last couple of months to contact the company by email any their email system is down.  I have informed them by phone but nothing has been done to remedy this issue. I really do not think because of the lapse in time anything will be done to resolve this however I want people to be aware of this experience and how we have been paying for a service that we have been not been receiving all because the antenna was never installed. Company called today and apologized and was not certain how all of this could have happened. Well an apology is better than no response I guess, hopefully are system will not require any repair under our warranty.

We have been using Uleman Irrigation Company for eleven years.  I have never found reason to fault them.  They are good people.  They are very punctual.  I would recommend them.  I would continue to use them.
