They showed up on time for both the quote and the installation. I had planned to do the install myself so I had the film already. There were willing to do the job using my film which saved me a bit of money. The installed film looks great. During the install they pre-cut all of the film and then installed it via the reverse-roll method like you see the pros on youtube do.
I'm a patient person who likes to do DIY work. If you're thinking about doing this yourself try doing a couple of windows first to see if you can handle it. I did two and the first was pretty easy and I had a terrible time getting the next one to look good. I managed to do those two but then decided to leave it to the pros.

They were great and were very prompt. They came in, did a great job, cleaned up and left; I could not ask for better service. They were the cheapest of several companies that quoted. I used a $100 off coupon that really helped.
