Beware of this contractor if you value your time and property. Connie the office manager states the Enfield's will neither schedule nor provide advance notice of their services, to include spraying and removing trees. She says the crews just show up whenever is convenient for them, not necessarily the customer. Furthermore, she states it isn't customary for tree removal crews to use plywood or other protective measures to prevent damage to landscape when removing trees. What?? I say this is terrible PR and horrible customer service. I value a both my time and the appearance of my yard. Go elsewhere. Lots of other choices out there. ...

Perfectly, as usual. Storm blew one of our trees over yesterday. Called and they said were 4 weeks backlogged, but that they'd try to come out earlier. Went out for breakfast this morning and when we returned, they were just finishing-up. As always, cleaned everything up; couldn't even tell they were even there. Have used them to trim our trees about every year. They do a wonderful job every time. And they're licensed Arborists; they don't just cut and run, they know what they're doing. They're probably not the cheapest, but even if they're not, they're well worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Courteous and professional crew! Could hardly tell they were there once the job was complete. They performed their duties to the letter of their contract. In addition, their pricing was far and away the best when compared to other local bids. I think they represent the best value and tree service removal in Omaha. Hence, why I have used them twice now.
Tip - wait until the start of winter for and additional 10-15% discount (that is the slow time of the year for tree service providers).

Late yesterday afternoon a very large tree branch fell on my house. I needed to have it removed quickly so that a temporary patch could be applied to the hole in the roof. I called the company about 8:00 and by about 9:00 one of the owners came out to give me an estimate. I found it to be reasonable so I accepted it. In about 1 1/2 hours their crew was onsite and by 4:00 the only evidence that something had happened was a broken fence and a temporarily patched hole in my roof. Other than a few stray leaves here and there, they completely cleaned up the mess.

We needed tree branches trimmed that were hanging low. We also had some limbs that were damaged by the wind and were barely hanging on. We called and had a quote almost immediately. I called and said I would accept service, they asked me to email them stating the same thing. I did and didn't hear anything from them for about 1-1/2 weeks. I decided to call and see when they would be coming out and they told me they were behind due to big storms that hit the area and would be out as soon as they could. They were out within the week.

The crew that came out was professional and worked in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the job and they did exactly what I asked. I was pleased with the clean up and they left my yard undamaged.

Several men came out to attack this huge fifty year old tree. They used a bucket lift because it was so tall. They used extreme caution and they wore safety gear. They were careful not to have any limbs fall on the house and they did a great clean up.

My back yard was overwhelmed with these ants to the point that it was seriously causing damage to our tree, but the chemical treatment which was used over a six week period, along with tree inspections, saved our tree.

I called them and they came out and worked hard. They were done pretty quickly and I couldn t even tell they were here except the trees were gone. They didn t tear up my lawn doing the work and there wasn t any debris left behind. They could come back out because I trusted them totally here.

This service, I must admit was a bit different. I must say that I was very pleased to have been told about it from a friend. They brought our trees back that we had sadly written off as a lost cause. They really did a great job with bringing them back.
