Got burned by Burns Contracting!!!! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Tip to you - stay away!! Don't get scammed like we did!! We were in hopes of having our laundry room relocated to our upper level, stress-free. Cameron blindsided us by appearing to have a great presentation of what would be done, good punctuality, and a competitive cost. After we signed the "contract" and paid a deposit, all communication and work done by Burns Contracting was terrible. We were told work would be done in "5-6 days" and the team would be at our house from "8-5ish". They never arrived on time and were always late by 2 hours or more. It took them 9 days to do most of the work (including the weekend), but incorrectly and not up to code - as said it would be. We were told the electrical work would be done by a licensed electrician, but it was done by a carpenter (same with the plumbing). When I asked for the license name and number, Burns Contracting would not provide it and kept assurin

This is an excellent group of hard working professionals. Cameron is conscientious and concerns himself with his customer's satisfaction. He listened to our needs and kept checking with us to make sure they were being met. Troy and Dave are true professionals and know their trade very well. My wife and I are very satisfied with the job they did on our floors, closets, and bathroom, and will definitely hire them again when the next phase of our renovation commences. It's not always easy to find people you trust. We highly recommend Burns Contracting!
