I had purchased a new laptop & attempted setting it up myself with awful results. I should have known better considering my computer skills. By the time I called John, I had several viruses & could not get rid of pop ups. I found John via Angie's List & couldn't be happier. He was able to talk me through the whole process over the phone, taking the laptop back to the factory setup. He then gave me step by step instructions on how to proceed with set up. Our conversation was at least half an hour. He was very patient, answering all my questions without making me feel stupid. There is no doubt that I will call John again, if the need arises with this laptop or my IPad. I highly recommend his service.

My first encounter was for a computer I purchased which had problems from the first, Unfortunately I was unable to use it until several months had passed, and attempts at service were unsuccessful. I took the computer to his home office and left it for several days and he repaired it. The next instance involved internet connectivity, which my ISP could not resolve, so he came to my home and corrected it.
I have had several contacts with John by phone, including myself, and guests in our vacation home in which he resolved the problem, and has not charged for phone consultation.
I feel like I have found the pot of gold in his expertise.
