Not a big job but I needed it done on short notice and they came through.  The owner actually did the job.  I asked a lot of questions about pricing and options because my system is older and I didn't want to throw good money after bad.  The owner was very open and frank with his answers which helped me make an informed decision.  I appreciated that they were able to fit me in on short notice because it was right before a heat wave and I was leaving town in a couple days.  Pricing was fair and in line with another quote I received.

On 4/21/14, I called Accurate Heating and Cooling because our A/C unit fan stop running and the unit just sat there humming.  They were able to get a service person out to us the next afternoon.  Prior to the service person arriving, I turned on our A/C unit and the fan started working.  I explained this to the service person when he arrived and he checked the unit out and couldn't find anything wrong.  He said it could be a couple of things wrong, but until it stops working it would be hard to tell for sure.  He did suggest we clean our unit by spraying water and clearing out the dirt and dust on the fins.  He left after charging us an $80 fee for the service call.  On 5/22/14, our fan on the A/C unit stop working again.  It did the same thing as before, just humming.  We had the same service person come out early the next morning.  The fan failed to start up when he turned on the A/C unit and after some checking, he determined the fan motor had burned out.  He went to his van and had a replacement motor for our unit with him.  He told us that the cost for the motor (which included a new capacitor) and installation would be $455, plus $5 for supplies.  He completed the removal of the old fan motor and installation of the new one within 30 minutes.  I mentioned to him that he had came out for the same problem about a month prior and he said he was going to call the home office to see about getting the service call charge waived.  He told me a few minutes later that he did get that fee waived for us.  All in all, he was professional, clean, and we will continue to use their services for our A/C unit.

The experience was great right from the beginning. Very friendly and helpful when answering the phone and taking my information. Jayme came out and checked over the geo-thermal. He told us about a clog that he found and fixed along with a few other details about the unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will defiantly have them back for regular maintenance.  Thank you!

Great! Justin looked over the unit and told me step by step what he was doing and what was needed. He was dog-friendly too which means more than most people know to dog owners. He was so polite and put me at ease as soon as I met him. Good guy wonderful job done!

I hadn't had my furnace serviced all winter, and saw a coupon for a very good deal.  I checked out the company on Angie's List and saw favorable reviews, so I bought the deal.  When I called, they had an opening within a couple of days.  On the day of the appointment, the technician was running behind, and called to let me know.  He arrived right when he predicted he would.  He was efficient and polite.  He left an information sheet about service contracts the company offers, but didn't pressure me to sign up on the spot.  I haven't decided about the contract, but would definitely call this company again.

I found him very accomodating.  He did a wonderful job.  He came highly recommended to me, and I would highly recommend him.

They were fairly timely in getting the work done, but they left a lot of debris around the house outside, which we had to call them back twice to pick up every thing they left, pipes, foam, nails, etc.  We were also not shown how everything worked and had to call them back to get everything to work properly.  I think the company is a good company, but the workers they sent to our house, just seemed to be a little sloppy about the details. 

They were prompt in coming out, but we did have some problems. They left some tools, like tubing, here and they had to come back a couple of times to get it. When we had a problem with the thermostat they came out immediately and changed it because they had had problems with other people. I just think the two workers we had here were not quite so efficient and the price was average.

Company owner personally performed service. Made service call at a time when it should be overtime but did not charge more than normal price. Performed complete evaluation of furnace. Identified problem and made sure system was functioning. He told me I should have the switch replaced but, he needed to order the part from the manufacturer. He would not use a part pertaining to safety unless it was direct from the factory. He called to set up a time to finish the job.

We were very pleased with Accurate Heating & Cooling and the work that they preformed. We called and explained the problem we had with our air conditioner. They came out and figured out our problem. They were very fast about replacing the unit.
