Thought we needed to replace the GFCI outlet. We installed new outlet but still didn't work. Premier found the ground from an extension cord had broken off in an outside plug that was causing the problem. They put the outlet back together and made sure all other outlets were working. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
