The clock has not ran for at least 20 years. When it was picked-up, it was literally in pieces. He put it back together, serviced it, set-it back up, and balanced the case. It ran beautifully until a spring broke. He returned and fixed the spring. Very pleased with his service and professionalism. He also took the time to explain how the clock worked and what needed to be done to keep it working for years to come.
