Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
WHEN RING WAS PICKED UP THE STONE WAS NOT WHAT WAS APPROVED. ORIGINAL SETTING WAS REMOVED AND POORLY REMANUFACTURED. THE RESPONSE WAS DEAL WITH IT AND MY BUSINESS WASN'T IMPORTANT BECAUSE I WAS NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT HIS STORE.

"Ring was not purchased from our store. Gave her son the price upfront which included prong work by a laser welder (because adjoining stones couldn't take the heat of a torch) and replacing a stone. $60.00 estimate was ok'd and we did the work in a timely fashion and called to say it was done. The ring was picked up and paid for by her son. When she came to complain about the price, we offered to take the stone out and refund her money. She was never told to deal with it. She chose to take the ring with her."
