American Family Insurance agent Roger Iwanski was the worst agent I have ever done business with. He was rude every time I talked to him. He lied to me and to my contractor. The adjuster Don Brummer was just as bad or worse, he was rude, disrespectful, and discriminated against me because I am a woman. They both lied to me and the company wouldn't let me have another adjuster when I caught Don in all these lies. They said Don had too much time already invested in my claim to start with someone else. The truth is Don was only on my roof for about 3 minutes. He didn't do anything but lie to me and them left. AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE IS A RIPP OFF. They didn't have any problems taking my money for 30 years.
