AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE

Description of Work: I paid for insurance from American Family Insurance for 30 years without filing a claim. On 5/21/2011 we had a bad storm in Columbus and I had hail damage to my roof, 4 fence posts broke from the wind, a window broke and lots of tree branches down. I called for an adjuster to come out. The agent Roger Iwanski was rude to me from the very beggining. The adjuster Don Brummer came out and was worse. He lied to me, he told me I had a type of shingles called CertainTeed that they do not cover. The truth is I don't have CertainTeed shingles. He told me I didn't have a hail storm in my area, and he told me I am a woman so I don't know anything about roofs. I have 3 contractors that say I am right about the hail damage. The company stood behind the lies that Roger and Don told them and did not pay anything on my claim at all. I do not recoment American Family Insurance to anyone. They are a Huge RIP OFF. My neighbors all around me reported the same hail damage to their properties. My next door neighbor had 2 stacks of shingles in his driveway the day my adjuster Don Brummer was at my house. Most of my neighbors got 100% covered on hail damage to their roofs from their insurance companies. None of them had American Family. I did not get a dime. They are a RIP OFF. Don Brummer could not say what the dents in my roof were from. He just kept saying it is not from hail. He said the hail could have hit my neighbors on both sides of my house and still missed my house. He just kept on lying. He didn't give any explanation for the fence falling down or the broken window. He just said that American Family doesn't cover that. I had the GOLD STAR SPECIAL DELUXE PLAN, but it did not cover anything. AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE IS A RIP OFF.
