MANSFIELD ENTERPRISES

Description of Work: Mansfield Enterprises has been out to our place a few tmes to attempt to fix our central air unit. The first time they told us that they would stop by our place in the country on thier way back from Pine Ridge, they replaced a small fuse which took them all of thirty seconds and maybe cost them 50 cents in parts, and they charged us for milage, the bill came to $280. The last time they came out, thier new secretary called us while he was here working on our unit. She said that we had an outstanding balance with them from 2006 in which we owed them $500 for replacing the main system (this never happened!). The man left after tinkering for a while and told us he was missing a piece he would need to finish, but that he would be back. He never returned, so we called Metal Products (also out of Chadron). Metal Products told us that the wiring had been tampered with, They fixed the problem and replaced the relay for less than $100. Thank goodness some people are honest and care about their neighbors!
