WASTE MANAGEMENT

This provider was good until this year. We moved to a new location in Omaha and they had us take the bins with us. Then, they did not collect the trash at the new location nor our old location. When I called the company, I was told that they could only pick up yard waste and recycling at the new location, not trash. The company rep put me on hold while he checked it out, and then he hung up on me. I called again today since I needed to cancel the service and they want to charge another $25 for them to pick up the bins since we were leaving the company. This is after they had us move the bins to our new location which they could not service!

I like that they have the big recycle bins. They give us rewards for the recyclables. I tinkered with the idea of moving away from that because they charge more for that. I don't think it really adds up to the amount that they charge extra for. So I've got it on my to do list to shop around a little bit. We've never had any real problem with them. As far as for the service that they give us, they always show up on time. They deliver emails when they have holiday breaks and stuff like that so we know when they're going to pick up and stuff.
