We went to court and I ended up paying less than the estimate. He had to admit that he was deceiving me.
Description of Work: Was supposed to put in 5 windows so I could get the energy efficent rebate on my taxes at the end of the year. He put windows in and stated they were the correct ones, but while I was at work came to my home and asked my son to go around and take the stickers (which I needed for my taxes) off the windows. He took them telling my son I didn't need those. I called him and he stated "you pay me and I will give you the stickers". I called another contractor who came over and told me those were not the correct windows for the tax rebate. We went to court and I ended paying a lot less, but he knew they were the wrong windows so he came and got the stickers knowing I would not have paid him for not putting in the right windows.
