I believe that we got a very fair and accurate evaluation of the condition of this vehicle and were not pressured into a repair situation that would cost a lot of money and possibly not fix the underlying problem of having a vehicle that had reached it's life expectancy.

"First, I want to wholeheartedly apologize for the treatment you received during the phone call you made to our shop on October 2. It is never our intention to treat anyone in that manner and we do not discriminate against any person. I encourage you to visit our website (yecksautorepair.com) and view the numerous reviews that tell you what we are all about. Our people are genuine and care about our clients. Unfortunately, in the past, we have had problems with relay calls from unscrupulous people that were not legitimate calls trying to take advantage of the relay system. This in no way excuses us for how we handled the call. After talking with my staff I did find out that the interpreter for the relay call told us that she had lost connection with you several times and that is when we ended the call. Please believe me; we didn’t just hang up on you. While this may sound like an excuse and that we’re trying to justify ourselves, a person can only use past experiences to establish actions on how we react to different situations. With this new information though, we are changing our policies and procedures on how to handle future relay calls. You can rest assured that this will never happen again. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding and hope that you might try us again so we can show you how hard we work to gain and keep our clients trust. Kind regards, Owner"
Gave them my vehicle and they gave me a loaner car to drive. I received a call explaining the exact problems, what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs.
During the conversation I was given the options to the repair of the throttle control, either clean it and wait to see if the engine light comes back on in which case the throttle control will need to be replaced but he suggested we try to clean it and wait to see if that fixes the problem.The turn signal is a safety issue and it needed a new relay.
