They gave me a list of about $1,200 of work they recommended to be done on the car. I questioned it and I sent a lengthy email to the service manager and sent a copy to the sales person that sold me the car as well. I got an email response back from the service manager that basically said, "Here's my number call me and I'll explain it to you." I tried on the day of service to talk to him and he wasn't in. So then I sent the email. I was frustrated because he was putting all the responsibility on me to track him down to hear his explanation. I sent a response to his email and I said that "I shouldn't have to be initiating tracking you down to  get your explanation. You have my phone number and you have my address, you can either stop by my house or you can call me, but I am not going to keep trying to track you down." I left it at that and I never got a response from him, never heard "boo" from him after that. I mentioned to him in the email that my car goes out of warranty at 36,000 miles and I am deciding whether to keep coming to you or go to somebody else. I guess my business just isn't important to them. They have a separate quality control thing they do by phone, they have people they hire to call and ask how your service experience was. Somebody did call me for that and they asked what could they do to get my service back. I told them they could have the service manager get a hold of me and explain to me about my concerns. Short of my driving over to the dealership again, hoping he is in his office, and sit down to hear his explanation is all I can do at this point. I am not going to do that. At this point, the person that sold me the car, I like him. I would buy another car from him personally, but I won't buy another car from that dealership if the salesman is still working at that dealership. That's not their only dealership, they have 7 or 8 now. I guess they have plenty of business and plenty of customers.

They do not only service cars they sale nissans also. This is the place to go.

Read above statement. I would probably use Woodhouse again, but never that salesman. Everything else was fine.

The salesman, Ernesto was kind, considerate and listened and showed us and would have qualified us for car. He made us feel very comfortable and never pushy. He would make a fantastic manager for this company. He is Excellent!

We took our new Altima in for the first oil change and while it did take a little longer than normal, the service was very good. We've been loyal customers for a couple of years now and we have every intention of continuing to patronize their establishment.
