I ended up not needing the service, but the owner came right out to look at what I needed and provided me with an extimate. He was extremely professional and stressed that his employees did quality work that he would back up with a customer satisfaction quarantee. I will call Top Notch when I next need cleaning services.

They do monthly billing, rather than charging each time. They did a more thorough job than another company. They are pretty good and thorough about cleaning areas.

His crews have cleaned the house twice so far an they are beyond thrilled! My mom is very pleased with the attention to detail and is hiring them for additional cleanings. She has also recommended their services to others. Thank you for working with us to make this magic happen long distance! I wish they cleaned in Indianapolis too!

For the first cleaning I had a new person who took 5 hours and missed a few things. Rob Huck, the owner, was very concerned with satisfying me and gave me a cleaning at half price to make up for the misses. Afterwards, he followed up very well.

It went fantastic! I was so impressed with the end result, I tipped the woman the total cost of the cleaning! The cost was minimal and the outcome exceeded my expectations! I have used 4 other services in Omaha and they can't hold a candle to Top Notch Cleaning! I have referred 10 other people to Top Notch and I have received a thank you phone call from each of them! I can't say enough good things and this is what the Omaha area needs! Thank you Top Notch!
