Terry, the owner was fully involved in my cars repair. Seeing and knowing the owner is involved made me feel good from the start. He immediately answered my questions with a confindence that assured me he knew what he was doing when it came to repairing my older Subaru. The work was done ahead of schedule and at a fair price; recieved a 90 day guarantee too!

They were very clear in what I needed. The price was good and had it ready when they said. They gave me a ride home. They gave me a list of things that were not critcal to be repaired today. These should be checked within 6 months to a year.

They will drop you off and pick you up if needed. They will call you if they find anything that they feel you need to be made aware of and give you a price for parts and labor, no suprises. Always excellent work from start to finish. My family has been going to Terry's for a few years now with vehicles ranging from 1987 to 2005. They have always been very honest, even when coming to them for a second opinion they have told us that we did not need what someone else had recommended. Always willing to take the time to explain things that are going to be done. It's hard to find hard working honest people now a days, but at Terry's garage that is exactly how they are, honest hard working people, quality work!

Since moving to Bellevue 2 years ago we have been using Terry's for all of our vehicles an 04 S80 Volvo, 05 Expedition and an 05 S60 Volvo. All services have been performed by them flawlessly, including Transmission Flushes, Belts, Coolant, Spark Plugs, Water Pumps, Brakes, Tire Rotations and various other Miscellaneous items. Once I even took in a car that according to my records needed service but I was incorrect and although they had already done the service they only charged me for the materials. I don't even ask for estimates anymore as I know the price will be fair and the work will be as needed. They even provide rides. Great place and a great value, it's nice having a reliable auto shop.

Because I forgot to put enough oil in the car, it seized up, and turned out to be a huge job. We've used Terry's for years and find them reliable and honest, so I had my car towed there. It took about ten days to complete the job and the car's working well now.
