+ -1 moreOn the plus side, they did an excellent job on the siding and had it done in a week. However, I am more than a little miffed that they DID NOT RING THE DOORBELL AND ASK where we wanted the hose reels mounted BEFORE drilling into the new siding. If left to me I'd give them a 4 @ this mistake can't be undone. Now we have the one in front mounted above a basement window & mounted too high. The one in the back is much more problematic. They mounted it under a bathroom window and mounted it too low and too far over. Now it can't be moved without leaving a hole in our new siding. Now the one in back is mounted so a post is in front of where it unreels plus we will have to move patio furniture to pull out the hose. Plus the hose from the faucet to the reel now sits on the patio & the reel is mounted too low so the bbq grill shelf won't fit under the handle to the reel.
