I got Mike's name and number from one of my neighbors that used him five years ago when we all had to have new roofs put on due to hail. He came out and looked at the job and provided me a written estimate. He came in about $1000 below the replacement value my insurance company had estimated and this included an upgrade to 35 yr prestige shingles. He said that they should be able to do the work by the end of the next week as long as the weather cooperated. I explained our situation with our wheelchair rampvan and access to the garage and he was very understanding of this and worked with me. They started the roof on May 9th but Mother Nature decided to throw some unpredicted rain in so they had to secure everything and came back the next morning. They were prompt and completed the job. Mike even fixed the vent fan in the one bathroom that cam loose during all of the banging (the fault of the one spring that holds that fan up he showed me but I sure appreciated him fixing it so I wouldn't have to have someone else come do it). I am very pleased with the look of the roof and although I pray we never have hail again, if we would and I needed a new roof I'll call Mike.
