I was quoted $350, then when I arrived they told me it would be $500, which was above what they had told me on the phone.  Then, I went ahead and had them do it.  Later, they broke a bolt off when they were kinking the knuckle on the front axle, and they ordered the part and made me pay for it.  Then, they billed me $800.  I had to fight with them for half an hour, and after that, they lowered the prize to $550.  I paid that and left with my car.  Then, the second time I drove the car after receiving it back from them, it broke down on the highway.  They had damage the other knuckle on the passenger side, and so the A-arm broke free and my passenger side wheel on the front was independent and not attached to the vehicle.  I didn’t know that this was their fault.  I had the car toed to a person I knew from before who is good, and he told me that it was not normal wear and tear and that it was caused by someone's negligence.  I called Professional, and they denied any wrongdoing.  They finally had somebody go and look at my car, and then they said that they would fix it.  I allowed them to toe it back to their shop to do the repair, which was to replace the A-arm and the knuckle on the front passenger side.  They took nine days to complete that job.  They shut my car for nine days.  It was a job that should have taken a day and a half.  The manager was incredibly rude to me.  I will never go back there.  I tell everyone I know to never go there.
