The owner is on site every day for every job and takes a hands on approach to every project. "This is completely untrue. To start, I gave this customer all contractor discounts available. As well as paid for 400 dollars of the customers pre cast stairs to get them out of my inventory. All work on my website is certainly mine and very few in Omaha do as good of work. As a business owner I have other responsibilities and therefore cannot always be at the jobsite even though I was there every day. Whether I was there on time or not, my crew was. This customers jobsite was over 45 min from our shop and nod supply stores anywhere around his home. The reason for pushing his job back one week was do to me finishing a 40,000 dollar retaining wall which he knew I was starting before his project. I apologize that this customer feels the way they do but not one word was said when the check was being written and I answered all of his questions before and during the project. I will admit the project went a couple days past expectations but there were many different projects. The quality of work was excellent and the price was extremely fair. I have the highest standards for my companies work and have many references available."
