K&M Construction does quality work & they're fast. Melvin & Kenny have been in the construction business for many years and they know what they're doing... and they do it right. Kenny discovered our mold problem then researched ventilation and insulation options for us. He really went beyond what anyone else has offered us. Kenny & Gary did all of our roof work in 4 days, just the two of them. The overhang work was done in 1 and 1/2 days by Melvin, Kenny, and Gary. K&M has done excellent work for us and we feel we can trust them with whatever we hire them to do.

When they came out to do the bid, they were really friendly and did a good job of explaining what would be done and how it would be done. After he had started the job, he realized that he would need more shingles but instead of changing the price he gave me, he just ordered the new shingles and did not charge me an extra penny. He is really honest and runs a good business. I was very pleased with the service I got from them.
