J & J Small Engine Service

Wrote a honest review and after the mower failed shortly after, they mentioned my review an kicked my out if the store. Who does this! Stay away from these crooks. They basically performed horrible work without my approval and I was unhappy. Apparently I'm the bad guy, ahh ok. If you don't like bad reviews, don't do bad work. Next step, better business bureau. Go elsewhere folks.

They picked, repaired and returned our snow thrower all in one business week. The other places I called couldn't get to it for weeks. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the job was done quickly and well.

I had a 5 year old lawn tractor that had never been serviced. It needed a some expert attention and I found that with J & J Small Engine. They had my tractor running like new again and even sharpened and balanced the blades. I truly felt like I was dealing with old friends that I could trust. Everything from conversations with the office staff to Tim exceeded my expectations. I will definitely not wait 5 years to use them again.

Went great!  They fixed it but when we brought it home it didn't work.  They had us bring it back and they re-did the work and tested it a lot before sending it home again with us. No charge.  Would use them again.

I brought the mower in on a Friday.  It was done and ready 3 days later.  The problem was the valve guide popped off due to neglected adjustment.       Great services.

Company did a good job. No problems. I'd recommend them for future small engine service.

They repaired my snow blower. I was very satisfied with them.

We were in the middle of a horrible blizzard and our snow blower broke down. We snow blow for everybody on our street as a favor, and all the old people could not get out to do their driveways, so my husband took it to them, and they called us the next morning at 10:00 and said it was ready to be picked up. My husband is the one who dealt with them, but he was just tickled pink because it was a cheap fix and they called us as soon as it was ready. We did not have to sit around wondering if it was done. I think they understood that it was a bad spot to be in with a terrible blizzard with no way to clear the walks or the drives. The guy actually did us a favor by actually applying a little shield to the snow blower to prevent the problem from happening again. Their price was very cheap and they did a good job. We have used that snow blower a lot since then, and it has not had anymore problems. I would definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

They are a really good company. I've been working with them for 19 years. They are probably the best company that I have worked with. I can't say enough about them as a business. They are simply honest. They give me a great value. I would recommend them to anybody. They sell me top of the line stuff and they also service it with integrity. I still have the same lawn mower after 19 years and they are able to fix it. I know they will do the work with integrity and pride. I don't have to worry about it. I've had my weed eater for 12 or 13 years and my snow blower for 9 years that I bought from them. They are excellent and they have saved me a lot of money. I like this lawnmower so well that I had them fix it instead of buying a new mower and they fixed it at 1/3 to 1/2 less than a new lawnmower so I saved money. Most people would go and buy another mower. This lawnmower will last another 19 years with the new ignition. They are an excellent company and I can't say enough about them.
