The two cleanings went very well.  they first came out and did a thorough examination of my home.  they checked all air vents and returns and the furnace system.  They pointed out items they will correct and explained the cleaning process.  During this time, they also checked the carpets.  They look over the condition of the carpets asked what each stain was, then explained how they clean each one.  (I didn't realize there are better ways to clean coffee stains compared to juice and markers!)  They had different processes based on the type.  The process of the cleaning was explained, and they provided a quote.  
I accepted the quote and we setup the times for both cleanings.  The first cleaning was the air ducts.  They came in with their own equipment, where very professional about their work and treated my house with respect.  They completed the cleaning the same day.  The following day their carpet team came out and started the cleaning.  Since I had furniture and I was not able to move it for the cleanings, they did it for me.  They covered every inch of carpet.  they work on each stain and removed it.  The carpets look new!  They returned the next day to complete the cleaning and to put on the protectant coat.  The coat will help prevent any new spills from soaking in.  They left me a carpet rake for restoring the carpet pile when it gets trampled down.  
Their work was exceptional and I am very impressed.  I thought I would have to replace my carpet after 10 years, but they restored them to new!
