Instead of charging me to repair my class ring, he gave me the website so I could get it repaired for free. He was pretty honest about that. He didn't charge very much to put a battery in my watch. It was good prices and he was an honest guy. The people were very professional, courteous and nice.

We have used Erwin's Jewelry for over twenty years. We have bought jewelry, had him make repairs on our jewelry, and had Frank write appraisals for our jewelry. The best advice I can give about a jeweler, is to establish a relationship with the jeweler. If the jeweler is willing to take the time to talk to you and answer your questions then I would continue to do business with that jeweler.
