They sold the company, but when I moved back, I was very unhappy with the new property management team in 2006. They closed their offices and decided to run their business in their basement. That person permitted a renter to not pay rent for 3 months. Consequently, they got a judgment against the renter, but the judgment is in their name, so I can’t do anything about it until the tenant pays them, then they say they’ll pay me. They managed the accounting poorly, so it always made it seem like the renter was late and owed something.
