Computer Sales
I was so frustrated with Best Buy and over the phone tech support. I finally called this small shop and spoke with Darby who sent out his mobile tech support, Merle. Merle came out three times on my schedule and advised that the modem could not be programed and that I did not need the "internet stick" Best Buy said I needed. Merle also set up my daughters ipods on line and e haven't had any problems since! Thanks Computers To Go!!
