Jim always does a great job. The first year, I had a problem with one of the carpets he cleaned and he came back to fix the issue at no extra charge. Jim does a great job and is honest when he doesn't think he'll be able to remove a tough stain. Very dependable and trustworthy. Highly recommend him.

I met him at our house. I actually got him off Angie’s List; my husband actually looked to see and he found him on Angie’s List. He did a really great job with cleaning the carpets. He got stains which we did not thing would come out. He made the carpet look like brand new. We had been living in the house for four years and we had a dog and a cat, the carpet looked like it was brand new. I would use this company again in the future.

Jim did a great job.  I had my doubts about whether the stains and the general traffic pattern dirt could be fully removed because the carpet is low quality to begin with.  But Jim was very thorough and everything came out beautifully.  I thought the price was very reasonable and I will definitely hire him again.

That morning, Jim called to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. He asked me about existing stains, talked about what they could be from and pre-treated them. Then he got the rest of his equipment ready and started cleaning. Jim showed me the chemicals he was using and left me a bottle of spot treatment. He answered all my questions and I learned a lot about carpet. We had some large, ugly, mysterious stains left from renters and Jim did an excellent job removing them. That room is not an embarrassment anymore!

Jim has been great. The first year, some staining appeared after the carpet dried. When I called him, he came back and worked two more hours to get the staining out without any additional charge. He's always prompt, treats the furniture carefully and does a great job. Very reliable. One of the few contractors I feel comfortable leaving alone in my home.

Jim came to my home the same afternoon I called, to clean my carpets. I really needed someone, before the weekend and it was already Wednesday, before I thought to call. He did a great job. He walked around the whole house with me, to see what areas really bothered me. He took a special effort really getting out spots, that our household carpet cleaner just couldn't get out. My husband was amazed how great the carpets looked when he returned home. Very nice experience.
