Both Scott Blackwell and Cory Nicholson were great people to work with. Their crews did a fine job, not only of installing the roof and replacing gutters, downspouts, roof turbines and vents but also in keeping the area clear of debris from start to finish. Cory was on the scene to make sure the work was done properly, as well as to help when needed. They worked with my insurance company which was a blessing to me. Couldn't ask for better service! Would certainly use Blackwell Roofing again!

I went through several different roofing companies to get bids and not only was this company the most reasonable but Scott Blackwell was the most caring, genuine and personable contractor that spoke with me. I knew right away Scott was there to make me happy and that was most important to him. He was never pushy, like other contractors, but instead just wanted to make sure the homeowner was happy. He was the easiest person to get a hold of and always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I never once had problems reaching him. He even answered my calls if I called late too. That was very admirable to me because I heard from so many of my family and friends that didn't use Blackwell Roofing how difficult it was for them to get a hold of their contractor timely. I never had that issue with Blackwell. Scott was very informative and helped me with any decisions I needed help with when it came to my roof and gutters. He always explained things very clearly and even sent me links to articles that would help explain things in more detail. If I was ever unsure of something, he always gave me his best recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He stopped by multiple times during the entire process to make sure everything was done correctly and timely, always checking in with me. He even made sure to make extra stops after the roof was placed to do multiple walk-arounds, making sure all nails were picked up. Scott Blackwell truly does go above and beyond. I love my roof, gutters, and paint. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. I know I will continue to use him for anything in the future and I highly recommend him to everyone I know. Blackwell Roofing is the BEST!!!
