Overall we had a beautiful wedding at the hall.  Be sure to ask very specific questions and clarify. 9 hours was to include decorating for the wedding and reception, the event, and the clean up time. There were many "misunderstandings".  WE were under the impression clean up time was not included in the hall rental time as I had specifically asked.  You will get calls from this venue as some members have a decorating service, a bakery, and etc.  I did have the decorating service hang a wall of lights and our paper lanterns. The fireman designated to do this did a beautiful job and was very responsive to what we desired.  I would suggest recording all conversations with this venue and CLARIFYING WHAT IS INCLUDED IN TIME ALLOWED IN THE HALL..IE TEAR DOWN TIME AND SET UP TIME.  All liquids must be purchased from the hall. The ladies did a wonderful job with  keeping the buffet set up with the food self catered by my mother and mother-in-law. Misunderstandings and poor communication made a beautiful event cut short and very stressful before the event. Wonderful evening with bitter taste from stress of time frames.
