Jake was finished with his day but he still contacted us and immediately came to our house to assess the water damage. He was quick to set up a day and time to bring his equipment to our house. He also explained to us what we needed to do in regards to contacting our homeowners insurance agent and filing a claim. We are extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. Thank you Jake!

I had a sewer backup problem in the basement. Jake and his team came out and took care of it. Jake informed me what had to be done. He did a great job. They went above and beyond for me to make it safe. They were always on time. I would recommend Jake's company to anyone. They even came back quickly when it was discovered that an unrelated issue of water damage needed fixing. I know they were busy then but they made the time to take care of it for me. Very professional company. Great and fast work!

We had a small section of wet carpet in our basement after several days of light rain. I received a call within minutes of making the request for someone advise on the next best steps. Jakes experience was invaluable to provide us with the information needed to do the remediation and work to prevent this minor issue from happening in the future or becoming something larger. He and his team are great to work with. We would definitely use him again.

Jake came in, did a comprehensive examination of the mold and water issues. He kept me informed of the progress and was knowledgeable and professional the whole way through.

I had two projects I needed done in my back yard, however, the main reason was the useless flower bed in my back yard. Jake contacted me and promptly came out. I showed him what I wanted done with the flower bed. I then told the next thing to go was the birch tree and he asked me about that and told me that they could also take care of that for me. I voiced concerns about being careful not to tear up my yard after Brewer Tree service tore up my front yard trekking with his lift and rutted it all up. He assured me they would be very careful. Not only was Jake professional and personable, so was his crew. So, a great big thank you goes out to Bailey Demolition, LLC for taking on this project for us. They took great care not to damage our yard, were great to work with and I highly recommend them. Jake and crew are very professional and were there quickly and started working on the cleanup. Jake was called after hours concerning a problem and came over to take care of it. To me that goes beyond the call of duty! Great Company! Highly Recommended by Me! Rita M.

Owner Jake responded immediately after I left my number on the Angie s List website. He came within 30 minutes to assess my water flooded basement and returned within an hour to start clean up late on a Saturday afternoon and into the evening to remove wet items and remove wet carpet and pad. Very nice family man is the business owner. He spoke respectfully and educated us on the work he would do and what the next steps with the insurance company would look like. Returned on day two to remove the wet drywall, baseboards and insulation and on both trips set up powerful fans to dry things out, and sprayed with anti microbial product to reduce risk for mold growth. They will return on day three to assess if the drying is completed using digital devices which measure moisture in the walls and wood studs. Very thorough work and did a good clean up!

I will have no hesitation hiring them again. Jake not only was a professional in all that he did, to include working with other contractors and my insurance adjuster, he went way out of his way working with me and my situation. Not only was he more than willing to communicate with me during non-business hours but also by all means, phone, text, email, and in person. Let me give you an example of Jake Bailey going out of his way to make sure his work was done right. My home was built by a contractor who took shortcuts and wasn't caught, which I must deal with now, especially with how the house is wired. After placing gun the humidifiers and fans at the end of the day he left for home. A couple hours later I turned on the Mr. Coffee to make tea and blew circuits. I could get several to reset but not all. I gave Jake a call. He came back to my house at 7:30 p.m. and got all the electrical circuits back up. This is highly important to me because of the medical equipment I must use at night. He stayed until 10 PM rearraigning the equipment to balance the power pull and make sure the circuits wouldn't pop off for the next 4 days. And he called every morning and evening to make sure I wasn't having any electrical problems. Will I hire Bailey Demolition again? In a heartbeat...
