He was really good. He might have been the owner, but I'm not sure. It took 6 hours to complete. He left it very clean. He swept. He did everything. It was nice. He took out the trash. Very good. I think it should have been a lot more for what he did. He quoted me over the phone and stuck to the price.

Excellent.  I called yesterday evening, made an appointment for today.  He was here when you said he would be.  Fixed the faucet quickly, explained what was wrong with the old faucet and what to expect from the new.  Very professional, courteous, polite, prompt.

.Arrived when scheduled, examined problems and made recommendations including costs for each one. Ok'd the recommended service and it was completed quickly and professionally. Made sure work areas were left clean and as he found them. We have had no issues with any of the work that was done and would heartily recommend this company to anyone

First problem was finding a plumber that was licensed/would work in Bellevue. Called over 2 dozen. Most contractor that did work in area either refused to take the job and even price it, were booked for a month or two out, or wanted $10-12,000 to do the job. Apollo was the best price and I was desperate after 30 days of being unable to find someone to do the job.

Apollo did great work. No issues with the plumbing. Water heat wasn't working 1 day after install and they called out a tech and he showed the next morning to fix it (as it was a warranty issue-vent line was capped internally).

Only reason they got and quot;Band quot; in some areas was because it took oversight to make sure pipes were run in the correct wall studs. It was a complex job overall, though exposed studs made this job a lot easier and cheaper for me...and the specifics were discussed in detail. But a stud by stud plan was not provided. I would hope if there had been a general contractor to coordinate, things would have gone seamlessly. But it was just me as I had to fire my general.

I will continue to use then for any more work that comes up.

Steve arrived on time and we did a walk through to identify the problems needing fixing. During the time he was here part of his efforts were to create an adaptor between standard water supply fitting and a specialty fitting on a water purifier we needed hooked up. Steve had to go to a supply store to get parts to make the connection work (two previous plumbers here for other issues did not have the part(s) on their truck either). He made his parts run quickly and soon had the job wrapped up. While he was here I asked him for a quote/bid on a plumbing rough-in for a proposed home improvement project we are contemplating. Steve went out to his truck to prepare our bill for the work performed and to write up an estimate. Since I do not have an idea of what current charges for this type of project are in todays market I can not judge whether the estimate was reasonable or not. I do recall the price for a similar project at another time and another place was considerably less than Steve's quote but to be fair I will have to get another bid or two before I pass judgment on Steve's quote.
Overall I was quite satisfied with the timeliness of the service, Steve's on-the-job performance and attitude and his willingness to and quot;think outside the boxand quot; to solve my water hook up problem. I will call Steve in the future for any plumbing repairs or service I may need.

He arrived on time and cleaned up after the job and said if I had any problems to give hem a call. Excelloent Job.

Looking at the job, Steve suggested I put on/off valves for both water supplies and refrigerator line. Removing the old system took a long time. His installation knowledge made the process simple. When completed, I have a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, plumbing, and water supply valves. I am very satisfied with the new kitchen sink.

All work done by this contractor have been done well, promptly, and at a good price.

The whole process was top notch. Appollo is a one man operation so you deal with the no but the owner and he does all the work. He arrives on time gets right to work and does the work that was agreeded on. He does not make work for himself to make more money. He is prepaired and is 100% professional but he is also friendly. What can I say the work is just the best and we will use Apollo anytime that we have a plumbing problem in the future. The work was done on time and on budget.

He did an outstanding job. He arrived when he said, fixed the problem and did so at a reasonable price. I will be using him again when needed.

He was prompt, pleasant and did a fine job. A couple weeks later we were concerned that the dishwasher was leaking and he came out the next day to investigate. It wasn't, it was the seal. No charge. He is a very nice guy!

I liked this guy a lot and would recommend him to others; he was good. I will use him again in the future.

He gives a personal touch. He is on time. He cleans up after himself. He makes sure that he knows the cost up front to the best of his ability and does the work magnificently. He is very reasonable.

I was really happy with him. He had positive comments on Angie's List. I was going to do it myself but I ran into a problem. I called him and he came within a couple of hours after I had called him. He came quickly. He was professional, polite and friendly. Good plumbers are so hard to find and I'm really happy with him. He's going to be doing a job for my daughter next week too. He will be the one I will call for any plumbing job.

Project went well. Took three days. Water was turned back on at the end of each day so I would not be without water. Now I have plenty of water pressure. Great job.

I spent only $75 on the job. I have used them before. They did a very good job. Their prices seemed to be reasonable. They arrived on time. They were professional and cleaned up well. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, the experience went very well. I have replaced some plumbing myself in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, but when I saw where the leak was at the main valve, I immediately called a plumber. The jobs wasn't hard, but I wouldn't have known that unless I had experienced a leak like this in the past. Steve and Apollo Plumbing did a fantastic job and were very fair on their price. I highly recommend them!

Job went well, I was pleased. We discussed the job over the phone before he came out. He knew exactly what needed to be done so there were no surprises when he came to do the work.

Steve is the best plumber I have ever hired. His wife answers the phone and is very pleasant to deal with. Steve came out right away to look over the work I needed done, and was able to fit the work in quickly. He charged me by the hour and did not include a fee for his transportation to my place, which I really appreciated. He worked very efficiently, yet took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He was also very conscientious about double-checking his work and was very careful when walking on my newly refinished floor. I would hire Steve again in a heartbeat - I just wish I had found him sooner!
