Grant and his apprentice were great! They let me watch & explained & answered all my questions well. Grant pointed out things to watch out for and gave me a link to [*** Link removed ***] where I can buy filters at a good bulk price with free shipping. Can't beat that. Thank you for a job well done & I look forward to seeing an Apollo employee in the spring.

Apollo did a great job on our furnace and A/C replacement winter. Really glad to work with Ben on my project. Had a lot of estimates. Apollo wasn't the cheapest, but also not near the most expensive. They seems to provide the best value of product for the price. They even found other issues with my ducting work, fixed it, and didn't try to haggle for extra payment. Super grateful for their professional workers and the care they showed for my property. I'd recommend Apollo to friends and family in the area for HVAC servicing or full on replacement work.

Excellent. This company is definitely worth your consideration. I will use again if I ever need similar work done.

It went well.  Scheduling is tough so immediacy is not their strength, but I don't think that is their motto either.  Dan, an old timer HVAC guy like myself, came first on Monday.  Fixed the connection on my fan control module (which I've been nursing along for years), checked the burners and overall condition.  Checked the thermostat which was becoming suspect.  After an hour service call, charged $77.00.  Called Fri AM as heat again was not coming on, (no spark in the mercury vial on the thermostat).  Dan came over around noon as I rolled in from work.  I think his presence threatened the furnace as it had just come on and house was coming up to temperature.  Nevertheless, I kept a thermocouple up on the wall just in case and we replaced it.  Tightened things down and checked thermostat.  Again, suspect.  I paid at cost $36.00 just for time.  Go back to work and come home to a wife who said "fix the heat". So, I did the worst thing you could do on a Friday; change a system that could ultimately crash just before a weekend.  I went to hardware store and picked up a digital thermostat and installed it.  After much fiddlin', the system came back on-line and heat was rising after 10:30pm.  What a way to end an already long week..

Installation was excellent.  Workmanship was very good.  They replaced (at no extra cost) some non code conforming gas pipe to my hot water heater while installing the furnace.  Price was not real low but was competitive.
Furnace started to kick error codes and stopped working in Fall 2014.  Tech arrived on time and was conscientious.  Replaced a couple of pressure switches.  Unit was still under parts warranty.  Paid $75 for the service call.  I am satisfied.

They came out and installed the new air conditioner and new furnace in two days. They were very courteous and did a great job of keeping me informed. I am very happy with the service received from Apollo in Bellevue!

Had another company out to check why our A/C failed. They said the system had a leak and wanted $500 to check for the leak. They said that if the leak was in the A Coil, it would cost an additional $1500 to replace. They were recommending that we should buy a new A/C from them even though ours is only about 8 years old. Then new A/C was going to cost $5000.
I contacted Apollo for a second opinion. They said it would take the service man about an hour to check for the leak and that would cost about $100. If the coil needed to replace, it would cost $1000 or less. They charged $113.70 to find the leak and to repair it. It was just a loose clamp that needed to be tightened.

I've used Apollo several times in the past for minor routine A/C and Heating service and installing a humidified on my heating unit. They've always done a good job. When I needed a new A/C this summer I called them (along with several other companies) for an estimate. Their estimate beat everyone's out there, and I mean everyones. They use Lennox equipment which is very good quality. On top of that, every single other estimate that I received quoted the most basic budget model in their respective carriers line up. Apollo quoted the next model up in the Lennox line. Their reason when I talked to them about the basic budget model, it only saved a miniscule amount of money (approx. $60) and wasn't worth the downgrade in quality which is why they quoted the better quality product. Every company out there (including other Lennox dealers) quoted the basic model and theirs were more money than the upgraded one from Apollo. On the day of service the two installers arrived and did a quick and thorough job of replacing both the outdoor unit and indoor coil. Were done by 2 in the afternoon and back up and running. This is a small mom and pop type company so the installers did not don their little booties when entering like some companies advertise. To me it's kind of a gimmick but if that is important to you you probably won't find it here. Even so the intallers were professional and clean, didn't make a mess, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Afterwards I asked about payment, they didn't do any of that and said I would be contacted in the future for payment. Received a bill in the mail about two weeks later. Called and took care of it all over the phone. Very easy and no hassle. Didn't require a downpayment or anything of the sort. Once again, a smaller mom and pop company that does things more of the old fasioned way which I like. Would highly recommend Apollo for those looking for both service and replacements as they are professional, know what they are talking about, and do it all for a super fair price.

They were thorough and explained the different options well. They were prompt. The turnaround time was good on the ordering and the installation. I would recommend them. The cost was comparable.

.We weren't very happy with them. They did a good job, but we just feel they gouged us financially. It was like 65 dollars for 30 minutes and then another 45 dollars for the next 15 minutes. It was ridiculous. They were there for over two hours, so you can imagine my bill. They were very nice, more than willing to come out right away. But we really felt they took advantage of our situation.

My furnace and air conditioner were 21 years old, and I knew that I was pushing the limits of their life span. I made the decision to replace both my air conditioner and furnace before they failed. I got 3 estimates, and Apollo was the least expensive. The other companies also wanted to charge me to install my new water heater, whereas Apollo said they would install it for free. My experience with this Company was one of the best I have ever had, and I hope that everyone who reads this report at least gives this Company the opportunity to bid for the job.
