Did not use locator service. Hit curb stop box and damaged water line. As a result, water undermined and compromised the wall, which he refused to repair and claimed no fault. Disputed insurance claim. I had to take him to small claims court where I did prevail in securing a judgement. The judgement, however, did not cover the costs of the repairs.
