They've been at my house, once every two weeks for the last four months which is why I got a bad review for them. I've had their service now for a year and a half but their customer service is extremely lacking. It costs $55 a month for our internet service. It's zero cost for them to come out and look at everything. With where we live, there is only a handful of service providers to choose from and unfortunately they seem to offer the best deal, but their reliability is absolutely horrible. The issue I have with this company is that they've overloaded their internet servers. So they have too many people on one server which is bogging down the internet signal which we're paying for and refuse to give a pro-rated price for the lowered internet signal. It has been an ongoing issue for the last nine months now. On top of that, ever time I call in and request a callback from their manager, I've never got a phone call back for the last six months I've been having this issue. The only thing I can say is a positive for the company is that they have unlimited downloads, so there is no cap on the amount of data you can use. Again, we're trying to get them to actually upgrade their servers and charging a fair price for the amount of data that's actually being provided. Two weeks ago, I requested a phone call back from their technical support team and from their manager and I never got a phone call back from either one.
