Bob was extremely punctual and went above and beyond in the repair of my garage door spring.
In fact he came out the same day and fixed it temporarily so we could continue using it while he waited for the new spring to come in. He made two service trips for this repair and did not charge for the initial repair or visit.
10 years ago the same spring broke and I hired a National Company from the yellow pages. They charged me nearly 4 times what Bob quoted and charged for the same service.
I HIGHLY recommend Bob to you and to anyone you know needing garage door repairs. I know that I will not call anyone else should I need future service.

Bob replaced our very old and decrepit garage door. He was very professional and was there right when he said he would be, every time. Even before we hired him to replace it, he came and temporarily fixed our old door so it would work for us until he came out and replaced it. That is above and beyond for me! The door looks great and I couldn't be happier. Also, we are not going to be in this particular house for very long so price was definitely a factor in my decision. I called/emailed everyone in town and Bob beat everyone's price! Some never even got back to me to this day! This was a month ago! He even used a support that my old door had that my new door did not because I did get one of the lessor expensive doors. In one word though? Awesome!

Bob's Service was exceptional. He gave me a good estimate and performed all the work exactly as planned. He was very timely, easy to deal with, honest, and he even went out of his way to save me additional money when he figured a way to modify my existing door tracks rather than buying now ones.

Recently we had a door problem where suddenly our garage door wouldn't open or close. Since we had used Bob to install our door in the past, we called him. He talked me through a few minutes of trouble-shooting over the phone, and we "fixed" the minor problem together.

The first time we called Bob, a few years ago, my husband had purchased a door and was attempting to install it. He got stuck, and we called Bob. He came out and installed our door, had us up and running in no time, at a very reasonable price.

Bob is prompt, reasonable, dependable, and does quality work. Bob is based out of Beatrice but has no problem with repairs in Lincoln. We live in Lincoln and he has always been quick to handle our door problems.
I can highly recommend Bob. Try him over some larger company. You won't be sorry.
