Being a small company we eager to win our customers with quality workmanship at reasonable rates, much lower than the larger companies. One of our mottos is not to sell you something that you don't need. Unlike the larger companies who have their services techs selling products in order to get a commission check once they arrive to your home or business. Our motivation stems from hearing stories of contractors who take advantage of people who are elderly and on a fixed income, or you live in a nice subdivision in a nice house and they figure you can afford whatever price they decide.My target market is to Home owners, real estate investors, retail shop owners, commercial property and restaurants.
