It went very well.  He started on the 19th and finished on the 20th.  He did it alone and insulated everything very well.

Jeremy Squier exudes confidence.  He has been doing this work since age16 and has grown up in a family of entrepreneurs.  He is open, calm and listens well.  No matter what was encountered, it was handled professionally, confidently and to our satisfaction.  The subs he has chosen are much like him so it made it easy for us to work with everyone.  Jeremy is the type of guy you would enjoy having at the kitchen table drinking a cup of coffee while discussing plans (we have done this a number of times).  During the process, WE was the operative word as you feel no he and me as he has our interests at heart.  He will be insulating our garage and replacing windows at another house for us.

Jeremy is very professional, prompt and detail-oriented.  Our 50-year old house now looks brand new!  We are very happy with the oversight he provided his workers and the fact that he kept us posted on the work's progress.  We've already referred his company to our friends.

Our roof was in bad shape.  It had numerous layers of old shingles and needed to be replaced all the way to the rafters.  We had seen signs around town for Lion Rinnovations.  We called and they responded very quickly.  They came and looked at the house, he was very upfront about what it would take and gave us a bid.  It was a great price.  The clean up was great, and the roof looks fantastic.  When we needed windows and gutters we knew who to call.  He was very knowledgeable about the products available and we are very pleased with the results.  The house looks wonderful!

I have been very happy with the work on all projects and refer him to others as often as I can.  Jeremy is very knowledgeable in all matters and honest with pricing and in providing suggestions and alternatives.

Project went off without a hitch.  After deciding to replace everything, we got several bids.

Jeremy promptly responded to my inquiry (despite his wife just having had a baby) and came out within a couple days; had a bid from him within another day.

as we evaluated bids from several other contractors, Jeremy responded to multiple additional questions from me and responded promptly, professionally; clearly he also has a good understanding of products and materials.

Once we selected him, he and his crew started when he said they would; he always kept me up to date on progress and schedule (only 1 schedule change owing to his need for specialized equipment & personnel to handle our upper lever gutters, which are VERY high up in a very hard area to access); he finished when he said he would, and he stuck to his bid despite having to get larger downspouts due to product availability.

Things we really liked about him:  small town Nebraska guy who knows how important responsibility, competence, and responsiveness are to a contractor's reputation; he was completely comfortable handling most communications electronically via email or txt (who has time for actually talking on the phone these days?); and he kept us very well informed about progress and schedule.

We will definitely be keeping him near the top of our list as we get to other projects in the coming years.

When I moved into my condominium 5 years ago, I knew the patio door and kitchen windows needed to be replaced, as they were fogged over. My sister-in-law's idea of painting the windows to look like stained glass held me over until now. In August of this year, I joined Angie's List specifically looking for someone to do the job from start to finish, at a reasonable price. Ironically, Jeremy called me because he had received my name from a lead generated source. With in a few days of speaking with Jeremy on the phone, he was at my house giving me an estimate and showing me the types of windows he would use. Since I live in a condo, the outside was a concern because it had to match or compliment the existing windows. I decided to have him do the job because he could do the job sooner than the other company I was considering. He is a brand new business and I believe in entrepreneurialism. The windows arrived in mid September so we set the installation date for a Monday but it was pouring down rain that day so we made it for the following Monday. The sub-contractors and Jeremy showed up right at 11:30 and the sub-contractors immediately got to work. They were out of my home by around 5:30. Jeremy did leave to check on some other jobs, and towards the end of the day, he returned to see how this job had gone. There was a small glitch during the installation. The new patio door was slightly larger than the old one so they had to make a run to the hardware store for a different size framing piece. It was time for a break anyhow, so they decided to get themselves some lunch too. Jeremy came back by before the guys, which he thought was odd. He then found out the trailer tire had blown out on the interstate. No one was injured. I noticed that the "toe lock" had not been installed, so Jeremy said he'd see if the guys still had it or if he needed to order one. He did order the toe lock and when it came in, he stopped by and within 10 min it was installed. I had questions about the door and window and Jeremy was more than happy to show me how they all worked. The wrap for the windows outside looked great...a perfect match.
