Went very well. Kelley called early on 7/5/11 after I had called 7/3/11 that my AC was down. He was to our home by 9:30 AM. I could have called a 24/7 AC service but decided we could wait until Kelley could get to us. We like to use local providers whenever possible. He has been overwhelmed with service calls since it started to get hot in Nebraska. System was up and running in less than an hour and has performed very well in the current spell of hot,humid weather.
