 + -1 moreThere where here 2 and a half hours late. They where rude to my kids (1 and 3 year old). Not to mention they didn't have the right equipment they needed to do the job right the first time.

Description of Work: Dvr box was broke the guy came out replaced it . He was very nice and answered all my questions but the problem was only fixed for about 2 days
