I called Braaten Plumbing and needed service. They said first thing the next morning. Next morning came and went. I called them and they said this afternoon. The aftenoon came and went. Each time they said they would call. They never did call. Finally I left them a message via voice mail and asked them to call me. They have never called me.
I believe this company Braaten Plumbing lacks professionalism. If you can't make it I understand, if you are too busy I understand, but to not call while I take time off work to wait for them is just inconsiderate. I will not call these people again. Business is earned and this is not the way to do it.

Plumber was friendly and on time.  He quickly assessed and found the problem.  Fixed the issue and things have been fine ever since.  Second time I used this plumber.  Will use him for all future work!
