They were polite, professional and did an excellent job. I had some stains and they did a wonderful job with that. As far as I'm concerned they worked a miracle. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, went through my house with me, asked what I wanted in each room, and then gave me an estimate. The cleaning took a couple of hours, and much of the time we spent dealing with the cat's problem spots. By the time they were done, my carpet looked better, and most importantly smelled better.

They did an excellent job. All the normal spots were removed, and most of the hairball stains from our cats came out too. In fact, there were hairball stains that hadn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, and they were either removed or dramatically lightened by Steam Masters. They are my go-to carpet cleaners from now on.
