I would not recommend them to anybody. They gave my dog a bath. They kenneled her for eight hours because she wouldn’t do the blow dryer. My new groomer does the blow dryer and everything. She has no issues. It's a big difference when we get our dog blow dried because we don’t have to wait eight hours to get our dog back. I stopped going there. They didn’t even get her fur cut the right way like what I expected. My dog was so terrorized after going there for her grooming that she wouldn’t even go near running water. It was awful; we had to wait eight hours. I would tell friends to stay out of there because they don’t want to bring their animals there. I wouldn’t bring my animal there if it was dead. The price was fair, but not for the service. They didn’t do the service the way I wanted it.
