We had water damage from an ice dam.   This work was covered by an insurance claim.

Work took twice as long as original schedule. They gave us a start date and I had to call to verify. When I did, they said it would be another week or two before work would start. Once work started it was estimated to be 4-5 weeks. Work started the first part of July and was not finished until end of September. This meant no living room furniture and kitchen not easily usable.

We were told they would tape off cabinets and we wouldn't have to remove the items in them. This was not done. All dishes had to be washed before we could use them.

The problem with using this company is they subcontract out and didn't use the contactor before. He only worked afternoons and several areas had to be redone.

We had to point out the problems as they went and when things were completed. Very disappointed in process and quality. They should inspect the work prior to telling the customer it is completed.  Paint was splattered on wood work.  Had to dusk everything after they left.

Living room walls had to be repainted.  They were hired to paint 2 coats on all walls.  When we wanted to rehang out pictures, we noticed the walls not covered with new paint.  I did not have them come back and repaint again.  I not longer wanted to deal with this company and just wanted them out of my house.

Kitchen walls - had to be retextured.  We thought the painting was fine until we were having out new kitchen floor installed.  We pulled out the oven and refrigerator to see they didn't paint the entire wall behind them.
