Our home is fairly new, however, with small children sometimes hard to maintain clean. We contacted Osgood Services and first requested a "one time clean". The entire home was done, we felt that the housekeeping and pricing were very fair, and decided to get on a routine schedule with them. They come every Thursday now. First cleaning we paid in person since we didn't know them, used a credit card. After we set up a routine schedule, they email us an invoice with a payment link to pay online ... super easy! I do it from my phone. It has been a couple months now, I've referred at least a couple neighbors to them ... I know one has used them for sure and thanked me for the contact. I wish they had a referral program, I've sent them at least 4 customers already ... but, otherwise I'm very happy with their services.
